Delete Your PetEats Account

How to delete your PetEats device account and associated app data.

In the app

Open PetEats, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. This removes the device account, pet profiles, and scan history associated with that device account, subject to backups, security logs, and legal retention obligations.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from an address where we can contact you about the request.

What may remain

Some operational logs, backups, abuse-prevention records, and legal records may remain for a limited period where necessary.
