What to include

Mention your device model, iOS version, app version, whether you scanned a barcode or label photo, and a short description of what happened. Do not email sensitive medical information.

Product corrections

For barcode or ingredient corrections, include the UPC/EAN, brand, product name, country, and clear photos of the front package and ingredients panel.

Account deletion

You can delete your device account inside the app from Settings. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] and we will help with a deletion request.
